Indian Easter feast with my sister last night. Potato samosas with cilantro mint chutney, naan, and chicken tikka masala (I use this basic recipe with a few changes/add ins). This was my first time making samosas, and although they are a lot of work, it’s definitely worth it. SOoo delicious.
